I just thought of something, if Ashrah is a Demon who hunts perhaps the whole point of her outfit is to insult (poke fun at) the thunder god or trick the good guys in thinking she is a possible ally. Kinda like a 'false messenger' or 'false savior' idea.

I grow happier each day by seeing characters that seem evil, are good, and the goods (Ashrah) might actually be really bad!

I like your idea, I CANT wait to see Rayden fight this evil chick, I will actually enjoy to see her do some serious damage, but of course, our god is THE GOD so....he can’t die!

I was thinking she's a Demon Huntress... Like.. a person that hunts demons =p. But her constant contact with demons must have tainted her purity some how. Perhaps by defeating a certain demon or evil spirit ( 3rd oni, dragonking.. scorpion? ) she thinks she can become pure again.

I really hope she's not going to just occupy the "moloch and Drahmin" void of being there just to get in Scorpion's way. I want more from her (and most importantly, I want expansion to Scorp's story).

yes please! Thats what scorpion needs after all this years! A new story!!!!! He is so boring now I cant even play with him.

I seriously feel sorry for her if she were ever to cross Raiden in a bad way! If her outfit was to poke fun at him, he would slaughter her! lol

The only demon confirmed thus far for MKD is Noob Saibot.

Dragon King isn't a demon.
No Third Oni has been confirmed.
Scorpion is a spectre.

So maybe she's after Noob? that would certainly give Noob a little more of a storyline.
