if this is a merger then why are they seperate character or seperate sides? If this were the case, then I feel it is a wasted space for characters I wanted to see in the game.

Definitely going to be a merge between Kahn and Darkseid, it's even in the achievements Dark Kahn! theyw ouldn't have that for nothing. (Evenm though I hope the list is fake)

the game would not be fun if you could not play with Kahn or darkseid.
the space was not wasted and plus there is a possiblity there will be secret characters. mk is not mk without secrets.

Not really, We've had bosses fighting themselves before and besides it makes sence that their seperat selves are playable.

I wouldn't bet money on there being many secrets, or secret characters at all, in this game. I think the point of MK vs DC is to a) try to attract new MK fans by getting people from the DC fanbase engaged in the games, and b) get a handle on the capabilities of the next gen console and iron out a new fighting system. That's probably what 98% of the dev team's efforts went into. If anything, maybe there will be some downloadable content released later.

I really think it's gonna be Goro and I'm not sure about the DC side Doomsday does not have the brains to make Worlds Collide my only real guess is Brainaic because he will merge with anybody/thing if he believes it will help him...
