So, there will be no 360 release?

I have heard alot of speculation about this issue, and have been wondering if it is or not, just yes or no. I read on the teamxbox website "Midway doesn't plan to release an Xbox 360 version of this game as Armageddon will be the last Mortal Kombat game for current generation consoles. " but there have been others saying that there will be one, can somebody explain this to me?

no it will not be on 360 however it might be compatable so you can play it on 360 it is not going to be released as a 360 titlegrin

This game will be not released in that console.Xbox360 will have it's NEW MK game in the future along with PS3 and maybe Revolution,the only way of MK:Armageddon beeing on 360 is by backwards compatibility,but you'll have to wait until Armageddon's release to see if it's compatible or not with Xbox 360.

Who knows, they may decide to sometime make a souped up X360 port that includes a few extra's. Kinda like MKG for Dreamcast. It's a definite possibility...that I hope comes true! And a port has nothing to do with Boon's statement of MKA being the last hurrah on current gen consoles.
