i know it sucks. i was up to number 90 and then i got whacked 10 times and i got bumbed to 5523. FUCKED Up.

the ranking sucks ass..... i play with random people, i beat them 6 times then they beat me once and my rank is like 230 over bigger.....if you loose once , its over, you're out of the top 50

I think the fact that there's people with hundreds of wins and 0 losses shows that it cannot be really trusted. I mean really, with lag being a factor and with 50/50 mixups catching you off no matter what, how can someone have hundreds of wins and not even 1 loss? Not even 1 loss from the falling cliffs? Seriously.
I really think the ladder system favors disconnectors and people with their ditch accounts that they can use to repeatedly win. Especially since disconnects/amount of people they've played with aren't shown. I get disconnected on all the time when I finally get my 50/50 going to full effect, but its not recorded.

The ranking system is broken.
I've personally had situations where I beat a guy in the top 25 but they knew a way to clear it off their record somehow.
That's how you are seeing a few people with 200+ wins and 0 losses, there is definately a bug/exploit to take off prior losses.
I hope the people behind the online service for MK:D realize there is something wrong with their system and address the issue.

u r so right.....me and my bro where looking at the ranking and we were looking at the ILOVEU guy.....his record was 1112 wins and 26 losses....then after a match we looked at it again and ILOVEU moves up to spots with a new record of 1114 and 25 loses.........
we where stunded .....how the hell did he erase one lose, he went from 26 to 25.....
so i believe u man....they better fix that crap.........
oh oh ...and also, i remeber this, my bro actually found ILOVEU in optimatch and tried to join but ILOVEU declided it.......thats means he stays away from high ranked peeps and just plays noobs, then when he looses he does thats trick to erase loses

I wrote down all of the gamertags for the people who supposedly have high win/loss ratio. I haven't played any of these people yet which is understandable... But everyone accepted except for FearfulCobra who happens to be 215 - 0!!! What a hoser! I sent another, so we'll see... I'm gonna murder that motherfucker if I ever come across him...

man i would've enjoyed MKD so much if there was no ranking involved.....cuz if u loose ur rank goes down and it makes me feel crappy..but offline when i play , win or loose i still feel good and love the game

No shit!?! I don't think there is a single online game that has unranked matches...
And if I get any matches with FearfulCobra, it will be recorded, win lose or draw.... Wait that doesn't happen in this game, hehe... But i'll have proof of whatever happens. (I play my xbox through my computer's vido card so I have the option of recording any matches)

there are a few games that dont have ranks.....ghost recon doesnt have any....but now all the new games will.....
....after a few months i wont care about the rankings on MKD anyway, just like all the other games

Dude, fucking people are saving their undefeated profiles to their memory cards, and whenever they lose they reload their profile from their memory, card, that is how their are people with like over 500 kills and no losses, cheap pieces of crap, just play the fucking game. AH!

I really really really wish XBL would reset rankings once and while, give the people who improved a chance to get a fresh start
or erase and do per week basis, and you can look up to like 3 weeks back in past records ...
or better yet compile it all XML on the XB Live website all archived or something as long as they RESET GODDAMNIT I've fucked my rank so hardcore, now I'll never get laid

well, i am ranked 1 on ps2 but i cant seem to get a game with anyone high ranked on the xbox. besides that my connection in the room my xbox was in was messes up so i have like 24 disconnect losses. i dont think i have even lost once on the xbox yet. but i noticed that a lot of the top players on the xbox dont want to play anyone that even may be remotely good. thats probably a big reason y they have 0 losses.

nah, the reason they have 0 losses is because of that memory card bug. I watched my roommate beat DaGUVNA and he still had 0 loses on the rankings afterwards.
it's pointless....wait till the tournaments get started to determine the best players.

I knew there was a cheat! no way someone can get 400+ wins in a row. I dont care who you are. Unless you are turing off the stage death traps and playing noobs only. And even if you play noobs you're still bound to lose at least once.

they need to fix the rank. They need to have a ladder to where if you beat someone that is good you get more points then if you beat someone that sucks
