So who else is going to be in MKD?

ok well let me start off by saying that we knew that there would be a 24 character selection screen....well we now have 24 characters 100% confirmed! but there are still many rumors of more characters that could be hidden and the screen could actually be more then 24. so my question is who else is getting a shot a being in MKD?(not counting konquest). here is the list of 100% confirmed playable characters

NEW
1.shujinko
2.ben/kobra
3.skab
4.hotaru
5.darrius
6.dairou
7.kira
8.ashrah
OLD 1.sub-zero 2.scorpion 3.ermac 4.smoke 5.noob 6.kabal 7.baraka 8.nightwolf 9.bo rai cho 10.raiden 11.kenshi 12.sindel 13.mileena 14.li mei 15.tanya 16.jade
the above are the 24 total playable characters.

now here are the characters that are seen on the prison level stage...who i think are there for show. kinda like how kano and sonya were in mk2!noticed from another thread that there are 8 cells in total.

1.fujin
2.reiko
3.jarek
4.stryker
5.kitana 6.drahmin 7.unknown-hso hao imo 8.unknown-sheeva imo
then of course there is the bosses of MKD!

1.dragon king-reptile is the dk imo
2.unknown sub-boss

so those above this sentence are the characters that are in MKD! now here is a list of characters that still can be used.

so my question once again is out of the remaining 28 characters who among them will also get a shot in MKD?! i beleave the first 12 will be secret characters! what do all of you think?

The following is information I obtained off my source in May, just as E3 started. All characters here were confirmed or rumoured back then. So I was told about Kabal and Jade back then. I've put 'CHECK' next to their names as we have now seen them as fully playable.

Confirmed as playable

Smoke
Reptile
Jade – CHECK
Sareena
Mavado
Quan Chi
Shang Tsung
Sektor
Jax – Confirmed but not seen.
Kung Lao
Kabal - CHECK
Liu Kang - I guess one or both of his forms will be playable.

The following are confirmed but not playable. Yet

Shao Kahn
Kitana – Seen in Konquest so far.

Damn bro if I knew I would tell you but as for now I have no idea. It seems like there are alot more players that would come out to play. I am hoping for more thats for sure. But as for inside info I will leave that to Tgrant. All the info he has given us in the past has been dead on. So if he says it, I will believe him. DSB

shao kahn is confirmed? man u must have some good sources. fujin, retile and nitara. man that would be so cool if they did get in!

For the moment, this is not sure, but it would be cool to have Quan Chi, Shang Tsung and Kung Lao in MKD... (I hope that Nitara will be confirmed soon too...)

I think there will be 8 hidden fighters:
Kitana, Drahmin, Jarek, Reiko, Fujin, Sareena, Stryker, and another New character.

Why do you think these will be secret characters? (if secret characters there is in the game, of course...) Just because they are all in the prison stage? This is not really an arguement, because I've seen another screen, a screen of the Deadpool stage, and we can see Shang Tsung with MK2 suit on a balcony, hidden by left energy bar and Scorpion name(I don't find anymore the screen, alas) :/

chess kombat stages have nothing to do w/ deception they are just remake's of classic stages and thats what the mk team wanted that stage to look like.... the prison stage does how ever.. so mkkitana could be right...

If MkKitana is right, it would be sad... Stryker and Drahmin are part of the worst MK Character, Jarek is just a Kano wanabee, Fujin is a good character, but he doesn't interest me...

i liked stryker in umk3-mkt he 1 of the top tier characters.. jarek was kool reiko was my top new guy from mk4.. it would be nice to c him back.. but first kitana.. smile

honestly i want kano and reptile to come back most of all! but i also wouldnt mind seeing shao kahn and rain in the game as well.
