nooo. awww crap i hate that. i hate fusion characters there nvr done right. or at least the cause of their fusion is done crappy. id prefer maybe a team up or even one bad guy form one side who is extremely powerful and would require both the mk side and the dc side to take on (Ie: the anti monitor)

Dark Kahn won't be playable as a merger. They will be separable for play.

I expect a considerable power loss. Darkseid isn't the one who gets regularily beaten by martial artists. A merger with Khan and Superman would run all over his ass.

On the XBox 360 achivement list it says you can unlock him if you unlock Shao Khan and Darkseid...

No, you can obtain the achievement, but not unlock him. The boss is non-playable.

Obviously these 2 characters are fused to pull in the storyline of how the 2 worlds collided.

Dark Kahn sucking would really ruin a big part of the game IMO.

The title of the achievement reads "Dark Kahn!". The requisite is to unlock both characters - Shao Kahn and Dark Seid I assume. To me this is saying that the third unlockable character and final boss "Dark Kahn" is playable once you do this.

I hope not. Anyone ever read Marvel vs. DC where the two characters merged? It was a nice gimmick, but one that never needs to be repeated (though Thanoseid was cool).

Thanosaid, the only Darkseid merger I'll ever accept. He actually looked pretty cool, and it worked nicely because Darkseid and Thanos have similar builds. I can't imagine how silly a merger with Khan would look like.

I think maybe your confused by it a little imo. It said DARK KAHN, This achievement can be obtained after unlocking Darkseid and Shao Kahn. So that means once both are unlocked from where ever in the game it is you obtain these characters. You will receive the achievement. If they do however, pull a BLAZE for this game. A LOT of unbalanced issues could occur. A combined boss for play, will be overpowering.

I read up on Darkseid because I'm not real familiar with the character. I read an interesting story on him.

One part reads- "The son of Yuga Khan and Queen Heggra, Prince Uxas, second in line to the throne of Apokolips, plotted to seize power over the planet. When his brother, Drax, attempted to claim the fabled Omega Force, Uxas murdered him and took the power for himself; transforming him into a rock-like creature, and taking a new name: Darkseid"

Obviously, this is the connection between MK and DC. I think that Shao Kahn and Darkseid are related in some way. The names spelled a little different, but that doesn't matter. Dark Kahn may be that Yuga Kahn guy. I'm not big on the two fusing together. That would be kinda weird. It may even be a tag team style like it was in Tekken Tag. You could control both baddies during one fight. We've seen MK teamups before...like MKDA.

Don't think there will be tad team fighting and i'll reserve my judgement on the their merged form Drak Khan until i see it but it better be intimadating.

But imagine Khan and Darkseid's froces combined? that's a scary thought.

So is this what they meant when on GameTrailers TV they said more than 2 people will fight on the screen at once?
