I'm just curious to see whose DA endings you think will happen in the storyline for Deception. Here are some that I think may have happened:

Raiden's: He states the new threats, and how he has stepped down from the elder god position and resumed his Thunder God role.

Kung Lao / Kenshi: Well it seems most people think that Shang was killed in Deadly Alliamce, and the killer is most likely one of these two.

Li Mei: Her look in the gameplay videos shows her having the armor of a soldier in the Dragon King's army. Many fans were disappointed at first to hear she was confirmed to be in MKD after a mixed reaction from MKDA. So how better to get people to like her than completey change her story, and actualy make it interesting.

Quan Chi: Well, so little is known about Liu Kang in MKD - so who knows, maybe Kano could absorb Liu's soul in the intro, and then lose it quickly.

Reptile: Probably the ending most people believe happened, even though some still don't. Very likely and since Reptile wasn't really a hit in DA (or since he turned reptilian really), (another) change is probably due.

Blaze: Well the DK is out of the egg, so Blaze will not be enslaved to protect him anymore. Unless he becomes the DK's personal guardian, he will continue on his quest before he was caught on the Pit 2.

Niatara / Cyrax: Well Nitara is in MKD (i think) so either her or Cyrax's ending happened - and if Reptile's ending occurs too, then almost definately one of these endings comes true. Kano: Well Sonya doesn't seem to be in MKD, so could Kano finaly have killed her? It would explain how the DK gets his army back, as Kano is nowhere near the warrior Shang or Quan Chi are, so obtaining the army / amulet would be easier for the DK.



So those are my thoughts, if you think any others will come true, or some of my choices are wrong, feel free to reply...
