It's want to start some anti-cheap campaign. The guy stated how he felt and I agreed. For those of you who are whining about "whining", don't read the thread. You knew judging by the title that it was going to be a thread of complaint. No one needs your almighty judgement on who's whiney and who isn't.

I haven't played online yet, but the only thing I can really say to the whole subject of people doing 1 move to win, even if it may seem cheap, is that it works I guess. It isn't too hard either, to beat them, if they only do one move, you can get the gist of it and find a way out, always.

Sometimes I just use a game to see how a person fights, then I just do a rematch and fuck them up. Then if they suck by being cheap all the time, I just put them in my buddy list and kick the shit out of them whenever they are online. Suggestion to people who complain about the cheese factor of some people. Use a round to find out how a person is going to fight, then come up with a strategy against it.
Example: I played this guy (he was NoobSmoke, I was Sub-Zero) All he ended up doing was throws, and combo NoobSmoke teleport moves. So, once I found that out, I would dodge or block teleports, back off from throws and rush him whenever he wasn't ready. He used all of his breakers in 3 turns, and I just whompped the shit out of him after that. I beat him 4 times in a row before he got mad and quit.
That's an example of how to beat these people. And when you beat them, it's even more satisfying, cause their cheap tactics didn't work and their ranking drops like a mother fucker. Don't complain about these people, just kick the shit out of them and make them cry back to their mama.

Touche, FLSTYLE, touche. It is a never ending cycle of whining. I was merely trying to defend myself though. I really don't care about how an MK player obsessed with their ranking plays. In the past week MKD has been out I've decided to play online only against people I know, so if they piss me off I have someone to take it out on. Losing is part of the game and part of playing, and I totally accept that. I'm no sore loser, but cheap playing is frustrating, and I'm sure you can agree.

Damn, I really hate when n00bs complain on this website. Just sidestep or duck dammit. Throws are probably the most linear moves in the game and in order to use a throw you need to be very close to your opponent. Throws are only useful when an opponent is blocking cuz if they sidestep your throw, you're gonna be in a world of pain.
Also, don't complain that someone is being cheap because you're standing there like a dumbass trying to block their throws. I know if you're just gonna stand there blocking that I'm gonna use throws. Trying to tell someone not to use a legitimate move just because you think it's cheap is like trying to tell a CS player to use use a pistol rather than a sniper when they are across the map from you. It just makes no sense to start using a combo that only hits high when the person is blocking. Get better at the game n00b and learn to sidestep or fix the damn d-pad on your controller.

ok some of you bitches are not getting the point. I just simply said that it is annoying to play against cheap people online and that I do find a way to beat their cheap tactics. I never said i play online for fairness, i just want to play against strangers. Everyone has the right to be cheap, i'm just saying that it's annoying, but I'll still play them. so all of you people need to stop complaining and grow up...just accept different people's opinions.

You just have to accept the fact that throws are high priority moves in MK now. I played a guy who only played Raiden and at first he totally destroyed me with teleporting and throwing me (a tactic that I use quite often I might add). After he beat me 4 times, I learned how to deal with it and beat him 12 straight. He didn't only use that tactic the whole time, but it is a really good tactic that should be used by ANY Raiden play because if your back is to the edge of a death trap, then you teleport and throw them, they will be knocked into the death trap if they don't break out of the last part of the throw.
Learn to deal with it and stop bitching. I've already had a guy threaten to break my hands if he ever saw me because all I did was throw him lol, he won't ever play me again and that's fine with me. Get over it.

So far, I have seen ways around everything for this game. This game is deeper than many will give it credit for.
By the way, cheap tactics are in ANY game, not just this one. Have seen them in SC2, DOA games and yes, even the beloved Tekken. It happens. It's a game. Find a way around it.
