Their are three erorrs in this sentence.

1.) If he is transparent Then HOW can he do a hari-kari? If he doesn't even have one then ok.
2.) can you EVEN impale him because he is made of smoke?

Smoke still bleeds when hit, so obviously he can commit hara-kiri or be impaled.

No one can impale anyone, it's been taken out, no one will have the impale ability.
