Scorpion definately had a wife and son in his past life before becoming a spectre. But after hearing him say his family was murdered kind of makes me believe they are dead. And I think I remember hearing that Scorpion's inner demons are what allowed him to seek vengeance on his family's killers. So I doubt his son would be resurrected, fore a mere child wouldn't have such demons tainting his soul.
