Morphs have been discussed and can create arguments here, Basically it cant be done yet DO NOT FLAME ME.
As for teleports, I can see a good chance of it coming in the new MK, Invisibility has always been a void with 3D Fighters, don't ask me why but there not all that popular for some reason.

I think morphs would be cool, but only if they were done right and didn't take load times like they have in the past.
I've always hated teleporting so I'd love it if it were left out of Deception. Invisibility? Eh, not too huge of a fan there either.

Sonya was missing her leg grab in MK:DA, what crap. She should have had it.
Also Raiden didnt have his teleport, and Reptile was missing his invisibility.
Also i cant remember, did Cage have his nut cruncher?
BTW, each character in MK:D should have two special moves per fighting style not just one. One of the top buttons in MK:DA didnt do anything, it should have been utilized for another special move.

invisibility would be kick ass, teleporting could be cool, but i just HATE the teleports when they go off the screen, like Mileenas teleport kick in Mk2, they were cool for 2d but in 3d it would really take away a lot of the realistic effect. But like Raidens teleport could be cool. Also i hope they has Sindels flying, it looks like they will as we have seen Ermac fly already, but we does know exactly how that works yet. It would be cool if Sindel could do he screem in the air and bring u up and do a combo in the air.

One thing I dont understand is that why did they take away Sub-zeros slide and Raidens torpedo? I think those two moves should be back in deception, well maybe if Raidens back, the torpedo should return.

Scorpion needs his teleport. I'd make it more like the movie though and maybe slow it down as a weakness.
Sonya def needs the leg grab if shes in it.
Kitana needs her old lift in addition to the current one.
Jumps need to be a little more fluid for some people (I seriously think some 5yr old beat Boon with some jumping attacks so thats why he degraded it).
Raiden needs his teleport and dive. I'd make them charge moves so if a person is across the screen you have to hold a button, but it leaves you open for attack.
Cage needs his nutpunch back.
Subs needs his slide and clone. I'd add the ability to do his freeze move in the air, and he can use the ice to make him jump faster.
I'd love to have the ability to unlock a classic fighting style. You can do uppercuts, roundhouses etc.
Toasty head appears. Have it appear for a quick second as a 3d person. If you adjust your angle quick enough and hit him, you go on to fight Smoke.
Shang should have the ability to do multiple fireballs, ground balls and morph into 4 people of your choice (current systems can handle it) or at least the opposite fighter.

invisibility - it was confusing for both players to indicate where reptile was but it was pretty cool non-the-less.

I think they need Jax's fire ball back. I loved that move.
Cyrax needs his net back, and his teleport, and to get rid of that stupid windmill that pops out of his chest.
The different rush moves (torpedo, slide, etc.) need to be actual torpedos, slides, and not all relegated to stupid shoulder charges like Subz and Raiden in MKDA.
I'd love to see teleports, maybe in 3d the teleports could work like a teleport to the outside of the ring or the inside of the ring, you could make it work, but it would be a major design change, and I'm not holding my breath.
I'd love to see invisible characters.
And they need to stop making Reptile into Lizard Man. He was much cooler as a ninja than he is as an Ankylosaurus. And he needs his force balls back, slow and fast, with large radius detonation on demand.
