Spoiler - Something strange: Deadly Alliance menace in Konquest

Well this is a little strange.
After Shujiko trains with Nightwolf in Earth, he become more old. So he back to Outworld because the Deadly Alliance is beggining his attack. Raiden asks Shujinko help.
So Shujinko go to outworld and Kano arrest him. He finds Li Mei and the events go until Shujinko is captured by Hotaru.
Well, this is strange. How many years the threat of Deadly Alliance was upon Outworld? Shujinko stays so many years in prison in Orderrealm...

I wouldn't take Deception's Konquest as fact. There are a storyline conflicts in there that don't pan out with the real MK storyline.

Yeah, man, Deception's Konquest fucks up the timeline, but it is CANON. The timeline is all messed up, but rest assured at some time or another everything that's part of the story in there does happen. Ignore the messed up timeline.

Yup. Konquest contradicts itself over and over again. I mean Shujinko knows that Liu Kang is the champion of Mortal Kombat and is good, then why would he help Tanya find a cave to trap him??? Doesn't make much sense. The plot for Konquest sucked.

The side missions like fiding a cave for Tanya, finding Shirai Ryu masks in Chaosrealm, or finding Stryker in Orderrealm aren't canon.
The basic storyline of Konquest to be canon but I think some specifics details shouldn't be taken too seriously.

Well, this is true
Some events of the games like the 2nd Mortal Kombat in Outworld or the Earth's Invasion in MK3 are not mentioned in Konquest.
Well, still is a good view of the history of MK.
