Basically, from the first Mk til now, especially in recent times, aka deadly alliance and what we know as canon from deception, I would say there is a fair bit of storyline jumble that needs to be cleared up. This is where anyone can offer theories or conjecture, reasons and explanations and stuff like that.
To get things kicked off, in deadly alliance, many endings were rendered useless either because they contradicted each other or because they were just implausible. SOme had partial truths. For eg, IMO, the only theories which i consider to be 99% accurate are Jax's, Scorpion's, Nitara's, Cyrax's, reptile's and Frost's. I consider Raiden's to have an element of truth as in a way he must have triumphed over all the baddies save the DA. The first part of sub-zero's ending was probably true as well. Some we know are entirely false, such as Cage's, Shang's, Kung Lao's and Kitana's... SOme like Mavado's I am unsure about. Now, the question is, what exactly happened in DA??
Did noob saibot know all along who he was?? AS in did he know that he was sub-zero 6 before death?? He sems veangeful and evil enough to want revenge on Scorpion for that. My guess is that he had a kinda suppressed memory as far as that went. If not, he would have recognised his brother at once in his MKD ending. Your theories?
Prob the most important qtn of all is this: does anyone know in detail the entire MK story thus far?? As in we all know that MK's basic concept is a tournament. However, we do not know what exactly transpired. As in who fought who in Mk1? WHo defeated who in Mk4? What was Scorpion's role in MK4? WHo did he fight? Did Sub-zero fight with the good guys in the climatic battle against the DA and their lackies and lose together with them? Was Kenshi injured by MAvado and thus unable to assist the forces of good in DA(which is unlikely as I always thought that Kenshi was defeated by Mavado early in the DA story)??
from what we know of MKD, what do you guys think is gonna happen?? Raiden becomes evil?? Ashrah slays noob? Sub finds out bout noob(highly likely) and fights him? Who will die for good in MKD as boon stated??? Dragon King dead for sure?? What about in sub's ending when the Tartaken says "long live the dragon king?"??
There are many questions in MK. Time for those who know their stuff to educate the rest. Hope to see some qtns answered.
