Sub-Zero's Lin Kuei
Sektor's Tekunin
Special Forces
Kabal's Black Dragon
Mavado's Red Dragon
Noob Saibot's Brotherhood Of The Shadow (mentioned in Ashrah's Bio)
Earthrealm Warriors
Baraka's Tarkatan Hordes
Onaga's Invincible Army
Nitara's vampires
Shao Kahn's Extermination Squads
All of these were from Shadowloo. What the hell? Why don't we just throw DGeneration X or the NWO in while we're at it.
Long gone are the days from the first MK when everyone was pretty much on their own. Couple characters had inter-twining stories but it's nothing like now. Great, now we've got factions all over the place. This may not be a bad thing, I suppose I shouldn't bitch just yet, but I think that it's making the story a little more stale. Who knows, it could be cool and I'm just jumping to conclusions.

The Red Dragon, Special Forces, Tekunin and Vampires don't seem to have any presence in Deception.
One could argue that Kenshi is a Special Forces rep, but we're not sure what his motives for joining were and if he's still associated with them.
I don't think the game has descended into faction warfare just yet. And the fundamental theme has always been one of good versus evil, something missing from WWE.

Yeah, who knows about Kenshi. And I do think factions are getting involved. Everyone's vying for power.
As far as good vs. evil, that was basically what was implied when WCW took on the NWO for a couple years.
