She should be there.

I tried. I meditated for about a week and she still doesn't show.

Yup. I've been trying for weeks and I can't find her.

have you unlocked tanya already? i know it sounds strange but she did'nt appear until i went in and unlocked her.
but even then she did'nt appear, but after leaving and coming back to outworld she did start to appear where she was suppose to, you can try that, but i am not sure unless it could be a glitch in your disc or something else.

Do you have Li Mei already? If I remember correctly, I kept trying to get Tanya's alt too, but could never see her. After playing konquest for a while and unlocking Li Mei, tanya was there...

I got it, I had to do the cave quest for her first. Find her in A-7, find her the cave in H-5, go back to her, leave Outworld, come back, and she'll be walking around near the portal. Beat her while she's invisible to get her alternate outfit. Thanks for trying to help though.

I still can't get it and I did the mission a long long time ago...

That's odd, when I came back to Outworld after doing the mission, she was right there in C-2, and I got it.

Is she on the bridge or near the rocks?

Near the rocks I believe. Wandering around close to the edge of the bridge where the road forks.
