I for sure don't think Tanya is latina look at her she is black. now that's settled,and again warriors from outworld don't learn language they are high plus people like kahn the emperor of outworld so he and raiden don't even got too learn how to speak these languages.Ermac can speak it since there are people in him can speak it,quanchi can speak it since he is a sorcerer and don't have too learn stuff they just come eventually.
