Jax' weapons are tonfas ! And what Tanya has seems to be a cross between kamas and tonfas.

Actually, Kobu Jutsu is a weapon style where you can use the weapons mentioned above... It is not her weapons name!!!
Like Jade's Bojutsu... Her weapon is NOT Bojutsu, it's the style she uses. Her weapon is a Staff/Spear/Bo of some sort.
Bo'Rai Cho's Jojutsu is also the name of the style! His weapon is a Quarterstaff.
I have also tried to search for a name of Tanya's weapons, but Elbow Blades as said in Soul Calibur 2 is the only name I can find... So maybe that is its name!!!
But just like you, I was hoping for a cooler name :P

what character in SC2 has "elbow blades" ? i dont remember any one haveing a weapon called that.

Maybe Jaded-Raven is referring to Talim and her tonfas?

it resembles the weapon similar to the kama, only with a chained weight on its end. Obviously the chainis missing and the blade is inserted into the handle.
