alot of people have speculated weather u could get into it or not. i went up to the guy that tells you about it and says u need acces/ the guy says u cant go in and u just knock him down to get in there. now if u talk to the monks they give u useless information. if you go up to the stairs and click A for the xbox u get a message that says only moks are aloud there.
maybe theres away in there? maybe when u become a member of the white lotus you could go back to the village and go there? im leaving u guys to speculate this and please do not flame other peoples ideas!
