They're obviously not playable, looks like a cool level, I think when you get too close, they either attack you, or try to break free.

Yeah, they don't look playable to me.
Very low poly model's much like MK4.
Infact they probably are the MK4 models, and just a lower polycount for Drahmin.
The question is: Why are they in Prison? The DK must be pretty pissed if he's locking up everyone.

that would be cool if you can brake the cells and they run free. That could be a way for them to add secrets. if you brake all four cells in one round,and win, you unlock the last person you freed. this could be one of those secrets that are spread out through different parts of the game, as boon keeps saying

I think that if your character is evil, like say Mileena, the good characters like Jade will attack if you get close, and If you are good, you will be attacked by the Evil prisoners: Drahmin, Jerek, etc.. That would be interesting...and if a good character gets close to an imprisned good guy maybe the'll try to hand you a stage weapon to help you out? Just some thoughts.

Still, the imprisoned characters don't look pretty good, like someone ese already said, they look like they're from MK4.

And so far, I've only seen Jarek and Jades legs. Where can I see Drahmin and Fujin?

I love this level too, it reminds of MKII when sonya and kano were captured. this game is getting better by the seconds.

i bet this is a early test version the charactors will probably be updated and be unlockable in hte ame by freeing them or something ( but it is probably reallly hard to do like throwing your opponent through the walls beside them)

Do you think maybe they'll play a role in the match? There was a sketch for the Netherbelly where people would grab you if you got too close to the walls. Maybe if you get too close the cells maybe some of them will grab you?

You know what would be real cool if u got to close each char would do summtin different, like it u got to close to Fujin he would put u into a torando like he did in Mk4, or Jade would just try to jab u with her staff or turn all blinky and run out and punch your or summtin. I think that would be awesome!

I think it will probably be something simple and generic for every imprisoned character, like if you get too cloose to the cell they grab you, causing a bit of damage and allowing your opponent to attack you.

Fujin is a god. How can he be locked up? Jerek, Jade, and Drahmin is understand, but how can a god be locked up? It's as if Rayden or Shinnok were in those cells. They're too powerful to be doin' time.

Hmmm good thought, maybe he does have his power like how when Raiden goes to outworld he has no powers. Maybe they r sum place that takes Fujins powers, who knows

Notice different color borders just outside the Prisoon gates to the Characters, We Know RED is for danger and Green is for a Weapon but what is this new YELLOW color about.. Maybe the do help out or something.

No, red is for a deathtrap I thought...or something that'll kill you. I think the prisoners will just grab you or something.

yellow means minor damage, red means major damage(death trap end of round)

o yellow. yup they do attack you. i like this, the playable ppl that didnt make this game and didnt make MKDA, that i said would be in mk7 are here in the prison. jade, fujin, they will be playable in mk7 thats a BIG clue right there.

but whats bad news is that, that also means by those pics that jerek is still ALIVE. DAMN, that sucks. i hope he aint playable in MK:7. but oh well, forget about mk7, MK:D didnt come out yet.

i bet you Cyrax is in those cells also.

i also notice its only people that can make it into outworld in those cells. i JUST PRAY that we dont see hso huo in there, cause u know what that means, he would still be alive.

quan chi still his same body, drahmin still his same body, that ending was non cannon i was right.

i am pretty sure reptiles ending was non cannon too.
