I agree that mileena's alt is too slutty and not practical, but her primary looks great. I agree with what has been said bout smoke's alt. The suspender thingy really spoils it and so does his helmet... I really though that he should have existed in an elemental form. Imagine how cool it would be if he was just like a cloud of smoke. It is viable storywise as well. After all, smoke had the ability to dissipate into a cloud of smoke in the story, so they could habve done it here too. No complaints about noob though. Subbie's alt is ok, but it takes gettin used to. They should have given him more hair, maybe long and slicked back hair. I just thought bout kira's alt, and i realise it does look one hell like what bloodrayne looks like... Which is a good thing.
By the way, ashrah in some foreign tongue means demon or nine, in two dif tongues. I though it would yhave been great if her alt had depicted her in her truer form...

they all look good. except for Dairou's and Lui's alts. Lui should've had his ghost for alt (or was he a char to him self? I don't have the game)

Well, Mileena IS My no1, but I think there are some ties in No2-No3 spots.
Sub-Zero, Ermac, and Havik look amazing as well. They are in my Top 5.
