Do you think we'll finally find out more about characters like Ermac, Noob Saibot and Smoke? With deadly alliances detailed plot you got a lot more of a feel for the characters than you did before. I'm hoping that we will get the same almost Novel like detail in Deception.

Yes, personally I thought DA was a real step in the right direction as far as character development is concerned... But even so, there are a lot of ways to give characters true personalities.

Give them speaking parts in some cut scenes or something, have them show different types of emotions, etc. If this game has taunts make them true taunts that reflect the personality of the character...

For example, we all know that the younger Sub Zero is super nice and all around a good guy but why not build upon other new personality quirks? Maybe show a hidden violent side that might be a side affect of having the dragon medallion.

Maybe give Kenshi a very sarcastic personality to wear he's the kind of person to make fun of you as he's beating you into the ground.

There are so many ways to convey these kind of personalities in game, the MK Team she definitely try to explore the idea of giving their characters true personalities.

I really think we will see these characters finally have a decent story line, before they were always a mystery. I hope Ermac and Kenshi have a good story, Ermac is my 3rd favorite character.
