Speaking of latest news, the final secret in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (alluded to at Fight Night) has apparently been revealed. Forum member Dragula21 gave information detailing the nature of the final secret (if not the actual method of accessing it). From the forum post:
Well it turns out to be a button combination you enter, and it shows you what version of the game you have. They had like 200 some odd versions, and when you enter the combination, it displays your version number, that is it.
Forum moderator Mobster4Christ was able to confirm this information via a reputable source who at this time wishes to remain anonymous. In any event, it appears the veil surrounding the final secret has finally been lifted.



My question, like many others; Has the button combination ever been found?
If so, what is it?
Where is it entered? The title screen?
Does anyone have the answer to my questions?
(Also, has it also been confirmed for PAL versions?)

it has never been said.

i don't care who says it was confirmed, if it ever had been, it would be everywhere by now.

most of all, it would be all over this forum.

dab said it was conformed by his reliable "source" to be a version number, but wouldnt name the source as he/she wished not to be named. when the name "Chris Seaton" came up, dab said "i can neither confirm, or deny" *this was taken from the mk chat a day or 2 ago. dab was explaining it to the user reptoid*

so, do the mods know something we dont? its possible. and i for one, really dont care. if its a version code, so what? i enjoy the game. i could care less about the "the final secret"...i think everyone that is making such a fuss over it, shouldnt. just drop it, and enjoy your game.
