I watched the intro movie, taking care of him and killing him are two different things, watch it again and tell me whether or not they say they killed him. But anyway that was not the poin... forget that argument for now just tell me how you think the fight would go between SK and DK.

I agree with TheDragonKingAkaReptile, they didn't say they killed Shao Kahn in the Intro.
But with further Reasearch if you checked out Shang Tsung's and Quan Chi's Konquest stories they say that the Killed Shao Kahn.

But I would love to have Shao Kahn back, I would love every MK Character back with the exception of Mokap and Stryker

Boon said in an interview that Kahn survived the assassination.

(sighs) ok now that that is out of the way... how do you think a battle between these two monstrocities would go?

Kahn is my favorite character from all of MK (check the avatar)... Alive or Dead, Shao Kahn will be back. Its been hinted all around by Boon and co. If he died this is my theory (which I already posted on another thread) on what should happen-

Kahn, being that hes dead (and I dont believe that Reiko decoy bullshit) theres only one place he would go... to the Netherealm. Kahn returns... Perhaps Noob Saibot, still faithful to the former Emperor and originating from the Netherealm himself, opened a portal or gateway. After conquering Netherealm, and building up an army of undead warriors and Oni to reclaim his thrown from the DK, Kahn desimates everyone in his path, and wages war against DK army.

Make him more powerful than he was before with his newfound Netherealm based powers combined with his mastery of the Dark Arts, keep him huge yet agile, make him look more hellish and badass, cover his legs more with armor so he doesnt look so naked, and give him his helmet and make the horns longer (like the concept art in the Krypt) and make the skull more distorted and evil.

Most of all make him playable (at some price to get him of course, like beat him double flawless on Max, etc.), with powerful and surprisngly quick combos, new and classic powerful special attacks, his huge War hammer or a huge battle Axe, his old classic taunts mixed with some new ones, an unmasked alt. costume, and brutally gruesome original fatalities. Show everyone why Kahn was the Emperor to begin with, show his unmatched skill and power.

If hes alive, then perhaps he has retreated to one of his hidden dimensions to heal, and regain his full strength and to hone his fighting skills and power to levels never achieved before... either way I say Kahn whould annihilate DK given the opportunity.

I would jyst love an explosive showdown of Shao Kahn versus the Dragon King in FMV, Imagine the possibilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it would fit in nicely with this old skool dark and macabre feel to the MK atmosphere. I would kill to see this battle happen in FMV...this battle could wage for a game or two, to keep the DK around for awhile. The on the last game with the DK, you see DK defeated on the floor crawling and gasping for breathe in a pool of his own blood with Shao Kahn towering overhead saying... "Pathetic..... you will never win." Then end the game, and set it up for new one with Kahn as a bigger threat then ever before.

DK will kill his ass, wats wrong with you, LOL.

anyway, he should be playable(khan) with some nasty ass combos and powerful weapon combos(staff or mallet whichever)

No offense bro, but your not to hot at spelling either... I still say Kahn can take out DK, perhaps not as easily as if he were still alive and bideing his time and eventually regained his former full strength (in which I still say he would prevail), but if what happened in my theory with him emerging from the Netherealm occured, he would destroy him easily. Kahn has conqured realms, expanded Outworld into a more vast wasteland than before, nearly succeeded in taking over Earth, and almost destroyed Quan Chi and Shang Tsung, two of the most powerful sorcerers in Outworld, at the same time from their surprise attack while he was in a weakened state mind you. I just like him as a character, being a megalomaniac demi-god world conquerer, alot better than a giant lizard with a big army for a boss. Thats just me... we'll see how bad DK is in Deception.
