I've heard a rumor MK7 will be the last MK. If this is the case what will the MK team do after it's all over? I hate to think the mk series will end, it's too likeable.

I seriously doubt MK7 will be the last MK game. The series has just taken a huge turn for the better with MKDA and MKD coming up.

If it did end, they'd be ending a very popular franchise when it's just started making even more money for them. I don't see it happening at all.

Make other games. As long as Midway doesn't turn into a Bungie, I'm cool with them if they stop making MK.

They won't end their best selling franchise just like that. This rumour is BS. I've been hearing about the end of MK since MK2.

Actually, they'll probably pull a Street Fighter and cut off a lot of characters from the MK universe, and leave in only about 2 or 3 of the originals when they make an all new MK.

If mk7 will be the last mk i am sure it will hold every character created and will be on all systems, to go out with a big bang tongue.
Thats will be the last mk, when they have every character from every game in it!!
