Kochal is the 3 skulls where you fight the Kabal,Kira, and Kobra to open the portal. Various Oni mention that when a sorceror needs an Oni in another realm, the 3 headed god Kochal transports them there.
Oh, a couple of Outword women mention that Reptile is changing. MK4 Reptile is in the Dark Prison with darker textures than in MK4. "Call me crazy, but it seems thet Reptile is changing. How can this be?"-Generic Outworld woman.

As for karasu,I too have been wondering about that since I have seen the baraka guy mention it.Kochal=portal.Nothing more.
