if u r gona preorder MK deception from newere MKD fan, just do it at ure local gamin shop who will giv u the best price, or try amazon, wich u culd get it prety cheap off too cus they give qwite a lot off if u pre order it. in gurnsey thow, games r a LOT cheaper to england, so i just pre ordered it from place were i get all my games usualy

It's Wednesday - the past 6 days indeed have gone by quickly, 8 days left so Happy Ashrah Day!
We're SO close to the 19th now, we've been waiting patiently for months and months, now it's almost upon us! Typical then that my girlfriend has chosen next Tuesday for my Chrimbo pressie to arrive (a huge ass whopping great 3Ghz 512MB Pentium4 PC!) - this leaves me with somewhat of a dilemma. since I'll want to be on Deception non stop from next Friday :(
I also managed to get a job at long last today (been looking all year), but just in time for Deception! It's funny cause this has either been a fantastic month for me, or I'm unfortunately very unlucky (didn't do much before but now that I'll be able to get MKD next week I probably won't have the time to play it...)

Im gonna go, i love the exitment at school knowing i have a game to come home to!

it sux! the day it cums out the day one of my frends is havin a party and he invited for the nite after a movie (the grudge, looks kinda cool) so i wont be able to play on it much, and before that i hav sports leadership, a thing were i go to a skool to teach sport to little kids, sumin we hav to do at skool, its good fun and i wuld hav prefered that much more to CCF (this army thing) or community service (wich like 2 people do)! this sports leadership thing though always ends bout 4.30 at the skool i go to and my frend who teaches the sports with me cums over until bout 6 cus he goes to sum drama club thing near my house so i dowt i will hav ne time on friday to play it!
saturday thow, i can look forward to that

luckily..its a half day on 19th.. so ill just go straight to game and get it :)

The unusual thing is that the US folks can't wait for us to get the game, cause they've been spending months looking for all the game's remaining secrets and Midway won't officially anounce them until everyone has a chance to play! Thing is, although I agree with this (i.e. if the secrets were all out before the UK got the game, it would be less fun for us because essentially we'd just be following checklists) I would hope that the remaining secrets aren't unveiled on or near to the 19th along with the game - let us euro players have a chance to work out some stuff ourselves first before giving everything away! The US may be fed up with trying to discover new stuff but we haven't started yet and we're eager to try!
Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to be really serious about spoilers now - for me it's OK seeing who's unlockable and how to do it - since it's fun to read and I can't 'fully' understand stuff like that unless I have the game, know it a bit better and can apply the information to it - i.e. I'm gonna stop looking at spoilers from next Thursday on. Also, if Midway go and spoil the remaining unlockables as soon as we get the game, well if I saw any headline that suggested it then I'll probably not visit MKOnline again until I'm keen to know myself since the message boards will likely be full of the stuff!
My point being - reading the majority of spoilers for Mortal Kombat games doesn't so much ruin the game for me as heighten my interest for it. I'ts always nice to find out how much deeper the game is that you originally expected, and things like extra characters, fatalities etc I find are just mere curiosities. Athough I know of the existence of 'Mr X' in the game, I'll bet I've read about 300 times how to unlock him, but once I sit down at the game next Friday I'll have no idea how to do it! You try memorising 50+ finishing moves for a game you don't yet have! Basically it'll still be loads of fun despite the amount of information currently available.
If you don't mind looking at spoilers, feel free to - but I'm gonna stop on or before Thursday so I feel like I'm starting MKD from a clean slate!

Go up and when u preorder just say if they have the special dvd edition u get wif preordering, it costs £3 to preorder, and u get it free, but u get the £3 back into the game
