He had achieved the one thing he had secretly wished for his entire life: to become fully Shokan. More, he had become the greatest and most powerful Shokan of all time. As the ethereal energies washed over the young dragon-warrior, revelation opened his eyes to the true nature of his existence: he wasn't merely Onaga's servant but Onaga himself, or rather, the true body and amnesiatic spirit of the Dragon King revived by the charlatan (who he now knew to be only a fragment of the One Being's subconscious controlling a mutated Reptile) behind him as a precautionary measure, should the imposter fall in battle before his endeavor to merge the realms was achieved. Furthermore, he realized the nature of his people, as well: he was Dragon, but many Dragons were in fact the final evolution of the now all but extinct race of Saurians that had escaped from Earth during Raiden's first battle with the fallen Elder God, Shinnok. Armed with this knowledge, and with his original powers now restored and greatly enhanced by Blaze's energies, Tiamat defeated the imposter and shattered the Kamidogu, preventing the One Being from ever regaining his body, before setting off to revive and evolve his ancient race into the immortal Dragons they were destined to become, a force of good and protection that expanded all realms for millennia.

Bio:
One day after purchasing a 50 rock, a bag of bud and some PCP from one of the Black Dragon rock houses Junkie Joe saw a man run out into the street. The man raised his arms and yelled MORTAL KOMBAT!! Junkie Joe was already crakced out of his mind and ran from the man thinking "What the hell... this guy is gonna kill me" once he got around the corner he notice the man droped something. Thinking it was of value he tweeked his way over to it. He lunged for itt and ran all out in a full on crack head sprint!once he got around a few ally he went to see his prize. It was a dragon head emblem about the sice of a quater. He rubbed it a little... low and behold he was transformed to a wierd place with a gigantic pyramid which had flames rising out of the top. Junkie Joe was soon felling very wierd and freeked out, so he got his pipe out and had no way to lightt his prescious crack rock. He was suddenly approached by a being from the top of the pyramid that lunged to the ground. he quivered in fear as the huge flaming BLAZE stood over him. He then out of pure crack head necsseity leaned over and lit his crack pipe using Blaze's knee. Blaze out of no where let out a deep... gut renching...laugh?? He thout it was halerious that his elimental purpose was being used in this way. He wa then told of the ensuing battel of the realms and listen to every word while ranting as a crack head does. Blaze then decided to be protector of the man an gave him an amulet to inpoer the man with the use of Vice as a power. This abilty gave him the atvantage of knowing what you opponets deepest vice was and bring it uppon them in the worst way possible. The only thing now was Joe had to have his blazeable drugs to activate his power.

Alternate Bio:
Now under the protection of Blaze and empowered with Vice, Junkie Joe is a formitable fighter of Neutral sort. He tells Blaze of his fall from grace from a one time famous rapper to a the weakly Junkie. He tells Blaze of his hate of women for the things his wife did to him and being the cause of his lifes down fall. Joe hates all women for this reason and is now head stong to take out every female fighter of the Mortal Kombat Tourmament, Rape Piligaeing and Plundering all he can. Though Junkie Joe is skiny and frail by compairson to the other fighters he encounters He topels them all with there own vice, and feeds off of it. Lingering around the pyramids many halls he finds he is approached by a mysterious smokey figure. He tells the man who he is and SMOKE replys "any Smoker is a friend of mine". The two go back to find Blaze and The three BLAZED up and SMOKED out till dawn.

Ending:
After disabeling all of the male fighters and having them beg him for there vices Junkie joe has all of them each go out and round up the wemon one at a time. Once he has them all he makes them part of his new heirem and sits with Smoke and Blaze atop the pyrimid and gets evreyone junked out with a big blaze of smoke from his coca feild and everone goes out with a smile.
