Raiden and lui kang are the super unlockables theres no more i hate to say it but its true.

I'm thinking that Fujin and Stryker are unlockable somehow because their names appear on the menu screen in the clouds. Also, I refuse to believe that Kochal is just a stupid portal that brings you back to the entrance to the Netherrealm. It was way too hard to get (by beating kabal, kobra, and kira) to that point for that to be all. Also, no one knows why, but you can see WQ 456 koffin in the krypt when you zoom all the way back. These could all be leads.

No they are regular unlockeables, please explain how they are super unlockeables. EDIT: This was in response to psychoblex

Shang Tsung and Quan Chi are definatly unlockable.... they have excellent graphics and have their own styles.

I think anyone you fight is possible unlockable, why else would they put them in the game.

I think there has to be more. boon wouldnt disapoint us.........would he?

To all those who are suspicious, I dont know why i didnt just do this before. I can tell you right now, No Goro, no Motaro. No ShaoKhan. I dont believe there is a Kung Lao (Someone said they fought them but I do not see where or how.)
Now my reasoning to how i know I'm right? I am staring at the "Art" folder on the MKDeception Non-collectors edition XBOX DVD. What does this mean? This means that I know what levels we have and they are either abbreviated or partially named, enough to understand what they are. Now this mainly is just to get these kids who are running around thinking Motaro, Goro, and now from what I have read "Kai" are unlockable are all false. I am very tired right now, it is 10:23 pm my time but I had a late night last night, so sometime tomorrow I will create a post with each file name from this folder.
PS: Sonya and Jax fans, there is hope their costumes and alternates are in the game. Edit: I WILL NOT tell others how to do this, looking at the files im sure is breaking something from the EULA I would perfer if I dont give people access to modification of the game.

Yup, thats what I think. So Jax, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Onaga? could be super-unlockables.
I also think Kitana might: no one else has eagle claw or steel fans, and in Mileena's ending we can see she wears Mileena's clothing (blue pallette-swapped) so one of her costumes could be a pallette swap of Mileena (with her own face tho).
And for those who say Liu Kang and Raiden are super-unlockables..... i laugh my ass off.......

Ermac's ending is extremely interesting and it also has Kitana with a similar outfit to Mileena.

Not to mention that one old screenshot of Li Mei holding fans. Possibly a hint at Kitana being playable?

i doubt it but onaga may be unlockable. my reasoning is that you can unlock his story board in the krypt. why would he have a storyboard unless he was playable or at least planned to be at one time.

I'd be willing to bet Koins that Monster is somehow related to a Super-Unlockable.
Are there any other characters we meet in the game that are not accessable to us in Versus Mode than the following?:
-Young Shujinko (during Bo' Rai Cho training)
-Shang Tsung
-Jax
-Quan Chi
-Monster
-Johnny Cage
-Onaga
-Ghost (Liu Kang in spirit form)
Also, when you first face Raiden, he is wearing his MKDA garb. However, this is not his primary nor alternate costume.
Any screenshots of the above characters in the game would be appreciated ^_^

I also have the disc broken down, I play the game from my HD as it is.
There are a few things I noticed... I noticed a name "Cassius" in the art folder. I am thinking this is the previous name for Darrius, because everyone else's name in the game is ther but his, and it sounds close. Not to mention, on the disc Havik is known as Skab and Skab_alt and we know that is Havik now.
A couple more interesting things, in the sounds folder there is a name Sebek I don't know who it is or if it means anything, and also all of the MKDA models are in the art folder including Kung Lao, Shang, etc and only some of them have their alternate outfits as well. Maybe only the ones with alternates are unlockable?

In the interview made to Boon by the MKO staff. He was asked if there would be more than 24 characters and he said "yes there will be more than 24 characters" and he goes on explaining about it. SO im sure there is more than 24 to unlock.

Jax was confirmed to be playable at E3, thats all im going to say.

i think all the characters that u played against in conquest will be unlockable. maybe onaga 2. also either sektor or noob sibot.

Just to refute Psyclobex. Raiden and Lui Kang are definitly not super unlockables. They are part of the original 24 characters. Beside, at least Raiden was wicked easy to find. Finally, BOON SAID THERE WOULD BE MORE THAN 24 PLAYABLE CHARACTERS IN THE GAME. That means there are more characters to find and THEY are the super unlockables.

Prepare for dissapointment i dont care if there isnt any im happy with the game as it is it would be better if there where more then 24 fighters but there isn't i dont mean to get your hopes down but its pretty obvious that there isnt anymore characters.

Just do this...
Finish Arcade Mode at the Max Difficulty Level without using any continues. Then enter Arcade or VS Mode and highlight Scorpion. Then Hold Square+Triangle+R2. When the fight begins, you will be Motaro.
