And it has the same music for stage i believe all the old stages will have there old music boon said that in some interview im glad they brought the classic stages back.

Yeah i love the fact that they are bring back old stages. i just really hope they have that stage from DA the one n the opening FMV where Tsung kills Kang i forget the name of it though. Its the one with the round platform with the huge statues holding it up. Wu Shu temple or something like that. i loved that place

I'm now assuming since no lifebars or anything was shown that it's now a playable stage as well; wonder what the death trap is?

we dont know as its just been revealed to us, but i think if the wind will probably suck the opponent into the portal

It would also be cool if the Portal only used by "Sorcerers" or "Deities" could in fact be opened by appropriate characters somehow.

I don't think the Portal will have a Deathtrap. I don't really think all the classic stages will have them, cuz I can't imagine what the Courtyard's would be (or whatever that stage is from MK1 with the crowd and Shang sitting in the far background).

as far as i remember the classic stages will only be in chess kombat and there wont be any death traps for the classic. I suppose that news could have been uptdated tho and they deceided to make the backgrounds in mortal kombat as well. anyone care to clear that up?

The classics probably wont have death traps except for the pit and deadpool but I hope Im wrong.
We better be able to play the classics in arcade mode, If not someone on the mk staff should be fired. Teasing us with the classics then forcing us to play chess(even if chess looks good).

Yes, it seems ad if the classic stages are from the chess kombat mode. Just go to the E3 news section to get news on it.

Whether or not they will be playable in arcade mode, we will have to wait and see.
