The possibility of MKII being on MK6 or an MK Kollection package

I've heard that Boon would like to do an MK Kollection package with all the MK games. How likely do you think this is to happen? Do you think Boon might just add MKII to the MK6 cd? I know no one here is going to know for sure, but has anyone heard any rumors or anything? I wouldn't care, except, I would really like to own MKII.

If that did ever happen it would happen after Ed Boon has made his last MK game. (i think)
