the possible truth of the ? kode

I've been thinking about the ? kode since no one has any idea what it is. I honestly think it may just be a complete ploy to get everyone to play through 100% of the game. That means the entire krypt, konquest mode, beat the game will all 62 characters and all their alts, and any other miniscue thing you can possibly do in the game. then I believe sometime in the future midway will realease the kode and it will just be a message. something like "now that you've beaten everything it's time to reflect on MK past". nothing more than some crap like that. At that moment everyone in the world who spent that time will go completely apeshit and Ed Boon will absorb the despair and anger of all MK fans all over the world and become and elder god or some shit like that.
I just hope he gets an ending as sucky as everyone else in the game.

don't get me wrong i'de love for that 20 cannon fmv but I think the only movie it will unlock is Boon dancing around half naked with a maniacle scream/laugh taunting us till the next game comoes out where we try again to unlock some super ending only to get the same crappy results.
My only real hope is that all of our rumors come to good use. Since that's how ermac was created maybe midway will release some 20 min fmv on the website or possibly a ton of alts for the next game or just something good like that but if I know anything about the past MK games (DA and D) it's nothing but false hope.

Yes this ? box is mysterious. Nobody knows the code. But I think it will be SOMETHING that ends all of this nonsense. (by nonsense i mean shitty endings for everyone when boon said that it was supposed to be the end all MK game yada yada yada. Its something final, i just know it.)

Has me wondering. I beat the game with Mileena, and the instruction book even says that the Krypt has all the endings there but I don't see Mileena's pathetic ending of watching her just doing martial arts practice moves anywhere in the Krypt now. Could the ? box be a new window that only unlocks with kode or completion of all characters? :o

Since there are already a multitued of threads on the same topic, I thought I would just post my idea here instead of making another thread...
Perhaps if you purchase all of the items in the Krypt with Koins, then you find all of these relics, then this mysterious ? box will be opened.

I'm thinking that it's a port of MK4.
Think about it, it's the ONLY MK that hasn't been re-released for this generation of consoles. We've seen MK's 1, 2, 3, and now UMK3 ported.. so wouldn't it make sense to finish the trilogy - even if they aren't 100% arcade perfect?

Who honestly thinks there's an FMV behind the "?" anyway? The disc has been scanned, all sources point to KAK unlockables.

You know what?? NOW I have my hopes up!! yeah maybe this (Kode) will reveal an FMV movie. Maybe in FIGHT NIGHT CHAT we will be able to ask boon...OK this is an edit. The code does exist right?? So there must be a reason why it exists!!!

where the blank are the nerds for this game. Usually shit like this gets figured out in less than a day. There are suppose to be people who would have everything unlocked by now so wtf. Its weird how no one knows this yet.

im trying to beat it now as we speak but i got like 37 more characters to go. And Im really tired from last night so im not gettin it done tonight.
someone said on a different forum that they beat everything got relics ec and nothing happend. So who knows.

I will most likely have it beat by the end of the weekend, but im not making any promises...and even IF I figure out the great mystery of the ? box, I might never tell...because like Ed Boon, I luv to see these MK boys squirm :D MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH...ha

it might be a time release code, i noticed the game resets if u pause it for too long or sit at the selectscreen
probably not, but just a theory, i could have swore i heard something about it a while ago
