Well Sektor was in oturnament Edition, and his ending meant he could return. I personally think there will be six super unlockables, Kitana, Kung Lao, Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, Sareena...and the sixth will be either Rain (hopefully) or Sektor.
They both have a good chance of returning and Boon mentioned Rain once in Konquest mode at some interview so maybe. Seems all the Edenians re coming back anyway and all the UMK3/MKT new characters too so Id say he has a good chance.
Sektor im not sure about. I always like him better than Cyrax but playing as Cyrax in DA put me off the roboninjas. His ending in tournament edition leaves his story open...if his ending did happen that is.

sektor might be in the game not rain because nobody really likes rain. I am sorry but that is why they killed him in the second movie. Rain was pretty cheap because you can shoot the lighting because it practicly is a homing move. The thunder ball like raiden is a total rip off. That is why rain is probablly going to be in Deception.

I, like almost everyone, am hoping its secktor. I would however be very pleased with Cryax again. We need at least one robot and Smoke doesnt count, he doesnt even look robotic. Rain would be awesome, but he never had the popularity to get him in this game. For crying out loud, his debut was MKT, not exactly the best place to make a name for yourself...

I HATE rain...but he seems very popular, especially here.

I like Rain and all but I'd much rather have Sektor.
Both would be the optimal fan pleaser. :p

I liked Rain also, not really cuz he had a super awesome story line, or fucking bad ass moves, but rather b/c he was just another ninja, and I think that's why other people liked him too. When we did the 8 on 8 combat of the ninjas, my friends and I would duke it out to see which ninja came out on top, you know, stupid shit like that. But look what they've done with Reptile; he used to be a useless character in MK1, copying Scorpion and Sub-Zero's moves, but in MK2 they made him a good character. They should have kept him more ninja like in MK4 and DA, but I guess they're doing their own thing. I think it is totally possible that Rain could be in this one, due to the fact that every other ninja has, and Boon seems to have a soft spot in his heart for bringing back the older characters and making them good. They could very well possibly make Rain with a totally new set of moves. I mean, so what if he has a lightning strike, Kobra has that Scorpion fire leg thing. There are a lot of possibilities that they could give Rain and there are ways they could make him look different, they pulled it off with Ermac. I can just imagine the comments that I am going to get after posting this (there seem to be a lot of people pissed off on these forums, don't know why), but this is just my opinion, and what I think will happen.

triple decker, nice! Rain had nice juggles, and his name is cool. I also like his color for a ninja, he doesnt have to make a fashion statement like Scorpion does, he just wears what he wears. RIP reptile. He had some of the sweetest moves in mk2 and umk3. If they arent bringing him back, at least bring back his moves.

Sektor and Rain are awesome (rain- even more so).
If they were in this game, Along with the current cast... It'd blow my mind! And if they, Along with Sheeva are in... I'd frame the box. And if Shao Kahn was in along with them... I think i may duct tape the box to a paper bag and put it over my girlfriend's head when i make love to her, lmao!

IT would be really cool to have rain back and Reptile as well (UMK3), But what about sektor I don't know if i'm imaginating things because I can't wait to play the game or did I actually read or heard something two months ago about bringing back cyborg nija in a total diffrent way from Cyrax in MKDA... And think I read or heard this from Boon in an article he was talking about smoke but he's Noob-smoke now or maybe we can play him separatly in is cyborg outfit but I believe that he mentionned sektor also in the review or whatever I heard or I'm just crazy

i found it kinda funny when i came across this post, because those were the two characters listed that i would like to see in the game that haven't been seen yet. let's all hope they are super unlockable characters.

People keep saying if they are in prison, then they are not playable... I dunno if this is really the case, but if it is, then Sektor isnt playable.
