Scorpion kills Quan Chi in MK6, ending his mission. But then somehow, he couldn't rest and just stay dead, and something makes him come back and this time be good, instead of neutral.

For Sub-Zero, can't really think of a reasonable story for him or how he can back. I love his MKD outfit though, nice.

Reptile, he can work for the Dragon King in MK6, and the Dragon King restores him to his original self, not the de-volved self. Then in MK7, he leaves to join Subby and Scorpion.
