I might get in trouble for not putting this in one of the stickies, but in my humble opinion, it doesn't fit in any of them. Anyway, from my own reasoning, logic, and speculation, here are our alignment lists. Keep in mind, not all of the characters are officially confirmed, nor are their alignments. For all we know, Noob Saibot could be a reformed Shoalin monk, and Nightwolf the Dragon King's general.

-Skab(probably evil)
-Ben(probably neutral)

Very good list. IMO, i think ben is good, skab is evil, and dairou is neutral or evil.

I think Sareena should be unknown rather than neutral; while she may appear to be friends with Sub-Zero now, she almost certainly has plans of her own, and they're probably not going to be any good for the heroes...
