Well I was just reading an Article from worthplaying.com. It stated that "with Jax revealed as one of the twelve characters who can be unlocked over the course of play."
So It stated that their will be twelve unlockable characters.

Yeah you're right. THere are 12 unlockable characters and we already knew that because there are 12 shaded fighters on the select screen that you have to unlock. They are not the "hidden" or "secret" characters.

then that means Jax is one of those selected characters.

Kabal is confirmed also you don;t need the select screen because its not confirmed yet that was the E3 boon said there gonna make spots for secret/hidden characters. Probably like MK3 wheres there a dragon symbol then u unlock them and it opens up lol. ALso this is old new someone made a thread about this already gamepro's just a lil slow I heard about this in JUNE but thanks anyhow. It's not ur fault gamepros behind lol.

Am I the only one panicking because of this news. Sure, some of them people will be happy to see (so those jade, rain, kitana people can finally shut up), but if there are gonna be a ton, odds are it will be a rush job with some. Everyone knows what that means. Blaze and Mokap all over again, no story, no fatalities, no specific moves whatsoever. If what you're saying is true, we might end up with a handful of half-assed rush jobs.

Doubt it, Mocap and Blaze were literally last minute ideas, if they already have this planned out...

because if you think there is 15 some HIDDEN fighters you are just stupid. you actually think they are gonna put that many hidden fighters LOL.That is exactly why when this game comes out many of you will be soo pissed off flaming the damn game saying it sucks and talking all this mess about the game. one rule, dont overhype the game thinking that it will have 15 hidden fighters idiot LOL, cause you will be disappointed come the games release. Fujin and jade arent really MKD 3d looking, they look like MK4 and UMK3 graphics and if they were unlockable they wouldnt have those polygon counts on them.
And dont say they lowered the graphics to fit more fighters in the same prison level cause drahmin has his MKDA graphics look.

ACTUALLY the only idiot on this board is u.i know it and every1 else does..torrent=an overwhelming number or amount..w/ the mk team using the same engine as mkda it will not be hard for them to put all of the mkda characters in the game..to refresh ur memory they are using large disc's now ie dvd for ps2..etc.. not cd's.. they can FIT alot of stuff on to 1 game!! besides i didnt say i know what im talking about,except that if there r to be more characters,it will be from that list!!

i think that al characters are returning
but only in the conquest mode
the arcade mode wil have about 5 or 6 extra hidden characters
en knowing the creators of mk they wil not have fatalities

Also, in MK:DA they had to invent all those characters, in Deception most MK:DA characters stay same move wise with maybe 1 different style and a new outfit.

Not having to create those 21 (or however many DA characters make it) from scratch move set wise probably saved them enough time to make decent extra characters.

Even though it may seem silly to some people that they would put so many hidden characters in a game...think of this- Mortal Kombat trilogy.

How many characters are in MK:T? Exactly. If boon and midway want a torrent of hidden characters..we will get a torrent of hidden characters. If we dont...lets get pissed and send hate mail to Boon :)
