woudnt it be cool if theres a time limit to be invisible. lets say 10 seconds of invisiblity. even if you get hit you would stay invisible as long as there is still time remaining.

I've not heard anything about any characters being able to turn invisible.

theres no way they could give a character the ability to become invisible without making that character really cheap. it worked in umk3 because the point of that game was to run in and do a quick 5 or 6 hit combo so being invisible wasnt all that important. however, if they tried to use invisibility in deception the game would fall apart. think about it, you have someone on the ropes with only a tiny bit of health left. all of the sudden they become invisible so u cant see them run up and knock you into a deathtrap. everyone would end up playing as the invisible character and the game would be ruined

Why would you always be near the death trap? Not all the death traps are close to the battle area, some are further to one side and what not. Plus blocking is your friend, just block low and then they can't do just a simple kick or what not.
I think it could be fair if they changed it to a time limit. Think about, say you got someone on the ropes and they turn invisible, they only get so much time until it runs out and if you're blocking or not near a death trap then they are still screwed and on the ropes.

The only way it could be somewhat unfair is if they kept it that you have to hit the oppoenent. Cause that would give the opponent the ability to just sit or move around in that big 3-D stage and strike whenever.

But with the time limit, it shouldn't be a problem.
