So what exactly is wrong with MK vs. DC?

The part that has DC in the game.

DC kicks ass imo. Everyone who hates the DC part have probably never read anything about it. Have you ever read anything about DC?

Honestly, no I have not. But that doesn't mean I don't know anything about DC. I am aware that DC can be "darker" than what some people think. But it doesn't match up to MK's level. The fact that the game is going to be rated T, no fatalities and blood is going to be minimal is proof enough.

Dude, Im telling you MK and DC just do not go together.

I am a huge fan of Superman and Swamp Thing
don't think I am one of those people who has had nothing to do with those characters.
its just the idea is so...disturbing.
I would have been okay with this cross over if they had done it AFTER MK8 and told us how Armageddon really ended and done what they had said.

Hey, they can explain what happened in MKA here. Think about it. Some catastrophe happened to merge the realms. Maybe when Taven killed Blaze, something happened to cause this, the MK fighters got stronger like how Taven's ending states, and now MK is fighting DC.

it just seems like a huge slap in the face to us fans who have supported this game from the 90's to the present day

when they made superman doomsday dc complained about the violence and took some of it out including alot of blood that was in the movie, cause they said its superman yadda yadda so how does dc being dark compare to mk?!
it doesnt and outside of most ppl i read dc and marvel and image...and im pissed off
and the vs series worked cause sf didnt rteally have a storyline cause they just kept rehashing sf 2 in like 50 versions and there was already a marvel fighting game.........and sf didnt have ppl's heads taken off it was about crazy specials and combos!
what they should have done was make say marvel vs dc to test the engine then next yr have mk8 with lik a grapple system, more weopons, be able to design your weopon, more stages, killer music, and maybe some insane combos
and another thing marvel vs capcom 2 sucked i own all the vs and that one was bad, cheap stages, eh music, and the graphics were worse than the arcade version which pissed me off and alot of ppl i know!

Nobody owes anybody an apology,except boon for pissing off the hardcore mk fanbase.
Having seen the trailer visually the game looks great,60 fps means we will get a very smooth fighting engine.
However I just dont think the dc characters fit at all,spandex wearing cheese in what looks like a very serious fighting game.
