This could go along with create/edit a fighter...

What if some characters had more than two fighting styles? Some characters (especially the bad guys) should be so deadly they can use a number of techniques, not just two + a sword.

Or, what if you could go through some sort of training to add a new fighting style to use at your disposal.

There are a huge number of ways that all these ideas (not just mine) could be implemented, but this could add to replay value.
