IF this has already been brought up, I apologize, but for the first time since I bought the game I was actually looking at that cheap ass tin sub-zero card that came with my PS2 Premium Pack, and it has a large type-O.
So in addition to the MK1 sucking and not being arcade perfect, they couldn't even get the card right.
Look under the the "Foes" list, and and it reads "Scropion."

You are right, it does read "Scropion"!

And as if it wasn't bad enough that they used the 1st part of Scorpion's bio (Alliance, Allies, etc.), they also spelt Moloch wrong! It says Mokoch

The typo-s do not stop there. It actually lists "Sub Zero" as Sub Zero's foe on the sleeve that they keep the two games in. Take a look-see. Am I wrong in saying that's a typo or is there something I don't know.
Ya, I got my $10 back because of all that. I said it was dispicable (sp?) to charge $10 for these things and they're all fucked up. Sub-Zero is my all-time favorite character...and I was very disappointed in the Kollector's Edition. Not worth the extra $10. However, the Raiden Kollector's Edition may be nice. Rayden is my favorite next to Sub-Zero. However, Shujinko is getting up there. I think his 'learned' moves are awesome! They're my favorite moves from other players put all together. Good idea Midway!

I already made a thread about this
the trading card isn't actually the typo, because on Scorpion's bio it lists Sub-zero as one of his foes (guess they're disregarding what happened in previous MK's and Scorp and Sub are still enemies)
the typo is on the box of the Sub Zero Premium pack, where it actually lists Scorpion's bio in place of his, and also has Moloch spelled Mokoch
*sigh* sloppiness and carelessness will do that... like remaking a pre-existing thread that nobody really cares about anyhow

There is no typo in putting Scorpion under Sub-Zero's foes because up until Mortal Kombat 4 he was.
Once again the curse of the Mortal Kombat 2 ending has caused more confusion. Scorpion never vowed to protect Sub-Zero and has continued to chase him under the pretenses of killing him up till the end of Mortal Kombat 4.
Anyone who disagrees needs to go back and replay the games and follow the story line (or read the numerous Midway press releases on the matter).

I was under the impression that Scorpion did, in fact, kill Sub-Zero in MK1 (yes, I have read this in multiple places). We all know that Sub-Zero in MK2 is NOT the original. I've read multiple places that they aren't foes anymore, as Sub-Zero died. Sure, Scorpion might not be his protector, but he's not his enemy anymore, either.
Scropion.
Scropion.

Aw fiddlesticks, I thought this thread was gonna be about Type O Negative.
I'll be damned... it sure does... on my box it doesn't, but on the card it does... *I wasn't saying having Scorpion and Sub as foes was a typo, just thought that's what you meant*
good find... I guess us Playstation2 owners really got it in the ass... not only are there more options for the Special Edition boxes for XBox, but they also botched our box and goofy trading card... curse them
