Uh, ok, so everyone is jocking the character design; but what about those environments?

Every body is styl'n the characters; ermac this, noob that, no that's not a hatchet, yes it is...blah blah blah. Which is all good, but...

If i'm not mistaken, those environments are simply increadible! Very stylized, immersive, just impresive...for any fighter. Though, I'm not to keen on the idea of a viewable "stage fat zone." I understand the need; it's simply a design decision implemented to help manage the gameplay. I for one think it would be nice if the "sweet spot", so to speak, for the stage fats were left up to the players to find. Then agian, I/we know very little about the game and changes could be made.

Either way, I'm looking forward just as much to experimenting with the stages, as I am the characters, if not more so.

Mileena does have a sweet cooch, btw. smile Baraka better give that little lady some flowers and appologize for whatever he did to piss her off.

You are absolutely right...the MK:D Level designs are outstanding! Considering what little we've seen of them, the fact that what we've seen already looks so incredible is definitely a plus. That multi-leveled tower in the PSM scan looks like it'll kick ass. I'm itching to get info on this game, but at the same time I really don't want to, because I want to be surprised when the game comes out. But yeah, I definitely agree with you...the environments deserve some props from us...they look fantastic.

Because the arena's are so vast, maybe theres secret places to be knocked into to reveal new characters or hints on getting new characters. That be sweet.

when mkda was being worked on, i read in a interveiw at that e3 that he might inclide something in MKDA like if you hit one those invs walls enough time u could get sent into the acid and maybe even set the number.

i think the meat grinder stages is something similer that he wanted to do, but did not have time in DA

its a pretty cool idea if u ask me

I agree, the stages are pretty impressive. But anyone who knows me will tell you that I'm character obsessive.

From what's been shown so far they look really, really great, hopefully all the arenas are completely different. I'd like too see indoors/outdoors, small/large arenas, some multi-level others not. Hopefully walls are a big part of the gameplay sa well. And just for some eye candy, different times of day eg. morning/night.

I'm pretty stoked to see how the tiered levels will turn out. Though, I have yet to see a straight up 3d fighter manage them correctly. DoA had the terrible transitions. A complete break in the action, totally uncalled for. If they dev team can stream line the transitions a little better than previous attempts in other fighters, and keep the activity of the players continuous, I'll be pleased.
