Use of movie's music theme in the games?

Hey, I wonder why can't the popular Movie's theme (AKA Techno syndrom) by The immortals be used for the game?
Are there legal problems?

I dunno about the legal problems, but that'd be kickass. Whenever I listen to those songs, it makes me want to fight, so it would be good paired up with the game.

I would LOVE the original theme of the movies to be in MKD. That music is simply awesome.

Others like the X-squad are excellent too.

I hope we see movie music in the game.
