Very few online matches?

Im not sure if its my connection or if everyone is still going thru single player....but at peak times I see very few available matches (1-3 tops) and often cant find ANY.wow

are you on playstation or xbox? because on my ps2 i see like 40 people on and I either challenge till i find someone or get challenged mself...not too hard.
