in deadly alliance, quan chi and shang tsung killed shao kahn because they needed him out of the picture so can take over the realms. but in armageddon, he came backconfusedconfused whats the deal?

According to his bio in the GC version of MK Deception, Kahn did not die. Shang Tsung and Quan Chi had actually killed a clone.
