lol yeah, I think we've all been spoiled by the big updates recently. But I think a couple of new screenshots showing off maybe one of Mileena's special moves or something would be really cool.

Also, I think a single screenshot of a fatality about to be performed would be awesome because of the speculation it could generate with people trying to guess what exactly is going on. The trick is to not to flat out show the part that actually kills the opponent but just enough to spark rumors and such.

I remember before Deadly Alliance came out, GameSpot had a couple of screenshots of Sub Zero doing his fatality on Li Mei and if you didn't know what his fatality was before hand you wouldn't know what was going on. It just showed two shots of his hand in Li Mei's back and one with him just standing alone in the darkness. Something like that would be excellent.

I know we just barely had an update. I'm just anxious and impatient. Some of you may not want screenshots of a fatality. However, I do. I don't mind seeing the gore ahead of time. I really like it when they show just part of the fatality in teaser videos. It's painful to watch because it leaves me wanting to see and and experience so much more, however, what better way could you arouse anticipation. Remember how you felt the first time you saw the MK:D teaser trailer? I want to experience that excitement again. That's all. *Voice in my head says*: "All in good time my friend... all in good time."

I actually do agree with mpetrie, except for the fatality aspect; it's a little early for that. But about two years ago from today, we already had a lot of concept art, screen shots, and bios at the midway site. We also had about three stage renders. Information is moving quite slowly. Most of the information two years ago was straight from Midway themselves, so they must not want to show too much quite yet.

I'm sure you'll get some new info at E3.

even though its killing me inside that i cant play the game, i can wait. we have waited for over a year for a slightest screenshot, and we survived. 6 months!!!

And if we got too many updates we would be braging about too much info.

I prefer waiting to E3.if we got an information update oftenly.it will ruin the game.i think is better wait for the E3 and sure we got a decent update....luckily including videos....

Less is fine with me,I don't want to know too much this early.Boon should slowly leak out info a tease us as much as he can.I know that may seem cruel now,but when MKD comes out you'll like the fact that you don't know everything in the game before you play it.

I think they should show the character select screen with the first 14 characters playable on it and a fatality or 2; and maybe even a secret character of the 10 confirmed. Please give us a pic expaining who is fighting Sindel in that pic at least, hoping it's Kitana.

All I want is a render of Sindel. Then I'm good until Oct. 2004. I could care less for anymore updates after that. :p

BTW, wait until E3 for your update. :D

And plz Boon, anything you do, DO NOT SHOW ANYMORE FATALITIES! Plz for the love god, DON'T!

Anyone else remember the rate of updates that occured with DA? We received the first glimpse of Scorpion in Feb. 2002. Then we had screens of a few levels and concepts of the Acid Buddha Shrines. April was when we got a crazy amount of character concept art and a few teasers of in-game shots. But then once we hit E3 everything went into overdrive until July. So, because it looks like we are following a very similar pattern, I don't think we will be getting too much more info until E3...So don't stress out about it...because it's worth the wait.

Yes we do need another update; however we will not be getting one at least till E3 comes closer(you know, once the interviews, and Pre-E3 news start to rise). Midway already confirmed that MK:D will be presented on the show, so it is likely that they will show much new info, as well as a new trailer(it should be different that the one we saw already). As the game releases on October, E3 is the biggest show the can present the game before release, so probably they will try to make a big impact on everyone by showing the better things of the game...that's what I think.

Also, those don't have that TV Channel(like me), just stay tuned to IGN, GameSpot and 1UP, it's almost a sure thing that they will be providing breaking-news all the time, also probably Mortal Kombat Online will post all the MK news so you can find them all in one place. The sites I mentioned ussually upload all the videos(of course they are kinda low resolution until Midway releases them officially).

So May should be the month were the most info of MKD will surface.
