I agree kung lao was badass but I think that darrius could be similar to him in his sword style and I saw shujinko using praying mantis style while fighting the dragon king. its all in the 3rd trailer so just go check it out and you will see. even if kung lao is gone we know he will probly be back there isnt really any reason for him to be dead...he has so much potential

I have a good feeling Kung Lao will be in it. Almost as good as Sektor being in which as you know is heavilly rumoured.

i know what u mean.. kitana and kung lao r 2 of my fav's, it would be a shame if they aren't playable in this game.. ill be 1 pissed sob... if they add kitana and kung lao to the game, the roster will be 100% complete.. adding reiko and shao kahn would be icing on the cake..

I dont like Kung Lao and i hope he doesnt come back. Right now there isnt one char i would remove from the MkD lineup, i think they r all awesome. But if they put Kung Lao in there, it wouldnt seem right. I think he is a very boring char and i hope we only see him in konquest, if that

Well... maybe u can add Kung Lao's moves to Shujinko, that way he looks looks like an older Kung Lao..

Well I really like Kung Lao, and am disappointed not to have seen or heard anything of him yet. BUT I do believe that Midway will keep SOME things hidden before MKD is released (I hope) and Kung Lao (and Sektor) will be hidden in the game. Lao was one of the best (and my fav) fighter's in MKDA - it doesn't make any sense not to include him in Deception, does it?

I liked Kung Lao when he was a budy character, he had a mysteriousness about him, but he was crap as the hero in Deadly Alliance going against Shang.

But I'd diffinately have him in instead of Santa's distant cousin.

Yeah, I would've liked Kung Lao in. I also would've liked Reptile or Kano, but hey, the game looks awesome, and I'll play it even if they aren't in it.
