Where was it confirmed that:

1) Liu Kang will be evil in this game? Why would he?

2) Reptile will be the Dragon King? MKDA's ending can be interpreted in many ways.

3) Raiden was killed by the Deadly Alliance?

4) Shinnok will return? Something about Noob Saibot and Mileena being together.

I was wondering on these, i hear a lot of talking but no links or nothing.
