I looked at the pictures of IGN and I was shocked to see how much this game looked like. I swear I pictured the stages to look just like that in my mind. I along with many other fans threw ideas back and forth which impressed alot of people on here. So do you think us as the fans at mk5.org were a part of creating this game to the way it is?

Yes. I believe we're very responsible. Just as we're responsible for the character choices. As well. The programmers have two goals: To satisfy themselves, and to satisfy us.

Yeah, sometimes major forums caused changes. Remember Tekken 4, Steve Earwicker to Steve Fox? Blame Tekken Zaibatsu (I was one of the few responsible).

Yeah I would assume so. The team knows how this forum, espcially in the off time between games, produces good ideas, and critisisms of the games, it would be foolish to not at least ocassionally listen in.

There are several things in this game just as you said that were discussed on this very forum/chat.

id surely say so. So far all the confirmed characters were characters that the majority on this site wished to see return.wow

I dont think so, maybe to check fans input every once in awhile, but I think the bulk of the game comes from among the development team.

I definitely wouldn't say we directly influenced it, but they saw our criticisms and have strived to make the game better. Problem with this forum, and the reason why I left it so long ago, is that speaking bad about MK around here gets you flamed and your topics locked...even though my criticisms of MKDA were all logical and reasonable.

"We've even heard of new "hari kari" moves:self-inflicted fatalities that you can perform to deny your opponent the satisfaction of killing you. Once the words "Finish Him!" appear, it will be a race to see who's got the fastest fingers."

^All my idea that i posted about a few months ago, So they must be peaking in on us.
