Yeah, Id like to see him return looking like that concept sketch of him found in the MKDA krypt.

He should have Capoera, Jet Kune Do and a Gurkha Knife as Fighting styles. It fits him perfectly.

It's a curved knife. Pretty much what he had in MK4.

IMO he would be the best cha. to replace liu of kung loa. HIs speed and moves were the best in mortal kombat 4. We also need a black man in the game.

I really liked Kai in 4. He had nice mix ups and combos. I wouldnt mind seeing him resurface in MK:D. I would like to see him in their because he was a good fighter, not just because he is black (which I dont think he was black anyways).

His fireballs were unique, would like to see his return.

I thought he was a decent character but now he has the potential to carry the weight as earths chosen warrior. I just thought hes been overlooked on this board. hed be a nice option to help fill out this ninja dominated roster

They had better fix his story... it was damn lame in MK4.

I don't know if I'd like to see Kai REPLACE Kung Lao, but perhaps seeing both of them would be cool. I'm not sure if Kai could carry the load of being the hero, but I wouldn't object to seeing him without Kang or Lao. His look was decent, his moves were fun, and while his story wasn't great, they could easily work on it.

I just hope that magazines don't whine too much about Kai having capoiera as a fighting style, talking about how much he's jocking Eddy Gordo and what not. If they give Kai that fighting style, he better have some unique moves, and he better be fun to play as.
