What about reptile?

Remeber when you first beet the conquest mode reptile is standing somewhere nere the forest and when you talk to him he says (live me be)
Now I cant find him anywhere.I think this is a big clue considering that he wouldn't tell you anything before and now you can' t even find him.
What do you guys think.

Actually he is still there bro.
I finished conquest, returned, and talked to Shao Kahn.
Shao Kahn gives you a mission that involves Reptile. So you go and search for him, and talk to Reptile who later returns to Kahn.
He is still there.
