I, for one, could not be happier about her return. Not sure what you mean about playing like Kitan though,...in MK 4 Tanya had only original moves....Split kick - Kitana never had that...Corkscrew Kick - Kitana never did that either...and as far as I can remember Kitana never threw fireballs either. Tanya is easily the fastest Character ever introduced to MK, next to only Mileena....Tanya has ever been her own character She's not now, nor has she ever been anything like Kitana. That being said....I am extremely happy she is back and hope that they give her a fresh new look. I look forward to seeing what styles and new moves the give her.

OK maybe Kitana rip off was too strong a comment. But I do think there was something about her, dunno, just her presence/look/style that made her seem like Kitana. I still think she is very Kitana-like. He moves were original, but her Kiss of Death wasnt.

i wasnt too excited about tanya returning but hey, i figure that if i'm only unhappy with 3-4 characters out of 24 then its all right with me. afterall, boon cant please everyone, and i figure that characters like her and nightwolf (who i am actually now excited to play as) will have all new movesets and stuff anyhow. so i'll give them a chance.

Well I for one am proud to see her come back, she just needs her own style this time around.

Ok I have to agree with you there...the kiss definitely wasn't original. Aside from that though she was unique. Hmmm, with the updated fatality system, I wonder what kind of new fatalities the'll give her? I certainly hope she doesn't have a "Kiss of Death".

The kiss of death I think ruined her; made her too similar to Kitana in that way; and her fireballs were basic (almost like Sindel's in MK3 and the same as Noob Saibot in MK4) Before MK4 came out I thought it was Kitana but looks can be fooling; she's alright in my opinion but I'd rather see Kitana ANY DAY before her! (her story was too much like Jade as well)

I didn't like her too much in MK4 either, but being in MKD might change that!
I REALLY hope they'll make her unique!

On thing I really liked about her in MK4 was her moves! They were cool!!! Especially her Corkscrew Kick!!! I LOVE THAT MOVE!!!

There are in my opinion many far better characters who should have gone in rather than Tanya. But if they make her more interesting, then she could be a pleasant surprise.

I don't really have an opinion on Tanya since I didn't play MK4 much, but I'm looking forward to seeing her in MKD. I didn't really care much for her kiss of death fatality, but I liked her other one . I hope she keeps it. I'll be interested to see her styles, specials and weapon. Tanya's a wild card. Who knows - I could love her or hate her when MKD comes around.

i thought she was alright in mk4 the only thing i didnt like that much about her was her boomerang weapon it didnt seem real deadly

while i was never crazy on her design or story, she was an extremely powerful/playable character, so why not, maybe she will be more interesting this time.
